Med-QUEST coverage ended

If you get a letter that says you don't have Med-QUEST anymore, do one of these things:

If you forgot to renew or we need more information

Less than 90 days from your renewal date

You can still complete your renewal to get your coverage reinstated.

More than 90 days from your renewal date
You can apply again for Med-QUEST


If you think it was a mistake

You can file an appeal by talking to someone in a Med-QUEST office. Find a local office or call us 1-800-316-8005 - toll-free TTY users, call 1-855-889-4325 toll-free or 711.


If you no longer qualify

You can apply for new health coverage through the ACA marketplace
