Med-QUEST Hospital Quality Pay for Performance Program

The Hospital Quality Pay for Performance (P4P) program is a collaborative effort to further the mission of administering innovative and high-quality healthcare programs with aloha to empower Hawai`i's residents towards improved and sustained wellbeing.  In 2026, the program will pay up to $100 million in Medicaid incentive payments to Hawai`i hospitals that meet specific quality goals.
