The Department of Human Services, MED-QUEST Divison (MQD) is pleased to announce the increase of the Medicaid Fee-For-Service dental rates effective July 15, 2023.

An updated Children and Adult Dental Fee Schedule for Oahu and neighbor island is available on MQD's website:

The new rates will be for service dates on or after July 15, 2023.
