The Hawaii Med-QUEST Division (MQD) in the Department of Human Services is excited to announce the draft of our Section 1115 Demonstration Renewal for 2024 is complete, and open for public comment.

MQD invites the public to comment on the draft Section 1115 Demonstration Renewal for 2024 application, which is available online at https://medquest.hawaii.gov/en/about/state-plan-1115.html#tabs-8ee927caf9-item-99d6f14a00

Written comments may be submitted by email to [email protected] using “Section 1115 Demonstration Feedback” in the subject line, or mailed to Med-QUEST Division, Attn: PPDO, P.O. Box 700190, Kapolei, HI, 96709. Comments for the Quest Integration Section 1115 Demonstration Renewal must be received by November 16, 2023.
