Asking Questions
No matter how much information we publish on the Web site or in
our documentation, we know trading partners will have additional
questions. You may need clarification on the Companion Document,
or on our approach to testing, or need to know about our testing
process.
How to Submit Questions and Comments
All questions and comments must be submitted in writing.
The ACS EDI Team hopes trading partners will appreciate
the volume and variety of questions we receive. We must log each
question, determine the best resource to answer it, forward the
question, then monitor the response. It is simply not possible
to guarantee that verbal questions will be answered. We appreciate
your cooperation in this matter.
You may submit questions via email to [email protected].
The mailbox is constantly monitored throughout business hours
(excepting Federal and State holidays) and questions are reviewed
and forwarded in the order received. Your answers will be provided
via email from the same email box.
Published Responses to Trading Partner Questions
Below are responses to questions that may be helpful
to other trading partners. Please note we will not post questions
that contain confidential information. If you would prefer not
to have your questions posted, please let us know when you submit
them.
