Department of Human Services, Med-QUEST Division extended contract awards for RFP-MQD-2021-008 QUEST Integration Managed Care to Cover Medicaid and Other Eligible Individuals to the following health plans. The contracts are scheduled to go into effect on July 1, 2021.

·        AlohaCare - State-wide

·        Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) - State-wide

·        Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. - Oahu and Maui Only

·        WellCare Health Insurance of Arizona, Inc. dba ʻOhana Health Plan, Inc. - State-wide

·        UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company dba UnitedHealthcare Community Plan -State-wide

QUEST Integration members will continue to receive service through their currently enrolled health plan since there will be no changes to the current health plans nor to the areas that they serve.
