Hawaii Medicaid State Plan
The Hawaii Medicaid State Plan is an agreement between Hawaii and the Federal government describing how that Hawaii administers its Medicaid programs. Department of Human Services is the single State agency designated to administer the Medicaid program under Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
