Our mission is to empower Hawai’i’s residents to improve and sustain their well-being by developing, promoting and administering innovative and high-quality healthcare programs with aloha.

This Portal provides a “one-stop” location for registering a new user account that can be used to access Med-QUEST programs or apply services. 

If you already have an online QUEST-member or partner account, you can login to access your available programs and services.

Who should register for a new account?

• If you are currently not receiving Medicaid Benefits and would like to create an online account to apply, click below on "Register New Account" and then "Interested in Benefits". 

• If you have applied for Medicaid in the past or are a current Medicaid member and would like to create an online account, click below on "Register New Account" and then "Interested in Benefits".

• If you are a Med-QUEST healthcare partner, providing Medicaid services and payments, click below on "Register New Account" and then "a Healthcare Professional".
