The Hawaii Medicaid Ombudsman can assist Medicaid beneficiaries and managed care providers resolve concerns with their QUEST Integration Health Plans.
Services provided to Medicaid beneficiaries include assisting and educating individuals about managed care system and provide guidance on how to navigate through the managed care grievance and appeal system.
Services provided to Managed Care Providers include assisting with understanding the requirements of the managed care system and educate on accessing the provider grievance and appeals process.
