Welcome Alpha Testers!


We are happy to have you participate in our Alpha testing.  In order to get you setup and running, we wanted to provide you with some resources that would be helpful in accessing our new EPSDT system.

Here are the steps you need to follow in order to get setup.  Account activation is only valid for 7 days (from 12/13), so its best you do this as soon as possible.

Before getting started, please use GOOGLE CHROME in an Incognito Window for the best experience.

  1. Setup your Mailtrap account - This will be used for all your system notifications and authentications. 
    You should have recieved an email inviting you to setup your Mailtrap account.  If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your junk mailbox.  Click on the MailTrap instructions tab located at the top naviagation for step-by-step instructions.

  2. Once you have setup your Mailtrap account, locate the email asking you to setup your IDCS account.  This will be used to access the system.
    Click on the IDCS instructions tab for step-by-step instructions.

  3. Once IDCS is setup, you will need to setup SecureLink.  This will be used for a secure login or also known as virtual private network (VPN).

  4. All email notifications for setup will be located in Mailtrap.

System will be available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm starting December 13th thru December 17th.  
NOTE: There may be system outages, especially outside of business hours.  If you are unable to access the system, please check this site for system status.

You will be using MailTrap for all of your UAT testing. 

This mailbox will receive email notifications for:

  • Account setup instructions
  • EPSDT online notifications


You will need to setup and login to SecureLink in order to access the EPSDT system.  

We have provided instructions for you.  It is best to use Google Chrome for the best experience in Incognito view.  Dowlonad the instructions follow the instructions.

IDCS Account is used to access the EPSDT Portal.  Follow the instructions below.

We have created a Bug and Enhancement tracker.  While in the EPSDT system, you find something is not working or something can be added, you will use this form to track your bugs or enhancements.

What are Bugs?

  • Bugs are things in the system that are not responding or functioning as designed

What are Enhancements?

  • Enhancements are things that would be "nice to have" or "would like to see" in the future.

Locate your role for each scenario and follow the script (Microsoft Word documents).

Health plan and MQD users can test the fillable PDF with the provider or provider support scenarios, but will not be able to create new 8015/8016 records from your profile.

Please note that the Fillable PDF is not currently connected to the server. We will not be testing this integration during Alpha Testing.
